Like your IQ, your HHQ compares you with other people and gives you a score between 1 and 100. Your HHQ is based on your answers to a number of lifestyle questions – unlike an IQ test there are no wrong answers!

The HHQ Test is designed to investigate the ‘virtuous circle’ between your health and your happiness. The principle is the more healthy you are, the happier you’re likely to be, and around it goes.

The test is anonymous, so you can be honest about how often you hit the snooze button rather than hit the gym, or the occasions when one or two after works drinks become a few more!
